Before you Book

Services are offered in the Tower Grove area. The exact address will be given upon confirmation of appointment. 📍

Non-refundable $20 deposit is required at booking for all services. Please use a valid card to avoid cancellation. $20 deposit can be transferred to appointments rescheduled within 24hrs of booking initial appointment, only. 💸

Starter locs service offered between 9:00am - 2:00pm. Consultation required before booking starter locs service. 🕚

All service include a Shampoo 🫧

Earlier/ later appointments are offered by request 😉

Please allow 24 hours for a response to all messages. All messages sent on Sundays and Mondays will be responded to on the following Tuesday. 🙏🏽

The Day Of Your Appointment

Please send a text upon your safe arrival to 314.202.3736. (Example: It’s Ashley, here for my 2pm.) I will then coordinate your entry. 💬

Please be prompt. If you are more than 10 minutes late without communication your appointment will be automatically canceled. (Example if your appointment is at 9am and you arrive at 9:11). 😉☺️

Changes to your appointment

Changes to your appointment can be made using the confirmation link you receive after booking. (Link should be received via text #1833)

Late cancellation fee of 50% will be charged for cancelations made less that 24hrs before appointment time.

A 100% cancelation fee will be charged for no shows and cancelations made on day of appointment.
